Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All clients must have a credit card on file.
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total.
This policy helps us manage our time effectively and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
